The headspace solid phase microextraction-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (HS-SPME-GC-MS) was used to analyse the volatile components in Grifola frondosa. The volatile components in Grifola frondosa were extracted by HS-SPME with dry pretreatment. Then detected by GC-MS. The GC-MS analysis results showed that 56 compositions were identified and accounted for 97.9%of the total peak areas. The major volatile components included esters (51.12%), alkanes (26.97%), aldehyde (7.33%)and terpene (4.90%). HS-SPME-GC-MS strategy would be a useful and feasible method for the analysis of volatile components in Grifola frondosa.% 顶空固相微萃取-气相色谱-质谱法(HS-SPME-GC-MS)分析灰树花挥发性成分。前处理采用干法,顶空固相微萃取提取后,用气相色谱-质谱联用技术检测灰树花挥发性化学成分。结果表明,共鉴定了56种成分,占总成分含量的97.9%,主要为酯类(51.12%)、烷烃类(26.97%)、醛类(7.33%)和萜烯类(4.90%)。无溶剂的顶空固相微萃取-气相色谱-质谱联用技术可以作为灰树花挥发性成分分析的有效方法。
