开口箭甲醇提取物抗氧化和抑菌活性研究

摘要

研究开口箭体外抑菌、抗氧化活性。用FRAP法测定开口箭甲醇提取物的总抗氧化能力，并考察开口箭提取物对DPPH自由基的清除作用。选择4种供试菌考察开口箭甲醇提取物的抑菌活性。开口箭甲醇提取物FRAP值为（0.196±0.007） mmol/g，对DPPH自由基的EC50为2.77 mg/mL。开口箭甲醇提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌抑制作用强于其他3种菌。开口箭具有较强的抗氧化活性，对细菌有一定的抑制作用，对真菌的抑制作用较弱。%　　The extract extracted from Tupistra chinensis Bak. was tested for its in vitro antioxidant and antimicrobial activities in the present study. FRAP assay was used for the assessment of total antioxidant capacity. The abilities to scavenge DPPH was also measured. The inhibitory effects against four tested strains were evaluated. It was found that the extract had a FRAP value of (0.196 ± 0.007) mmol/g and EC50 values of 2.77 mg/mL for DPPH. It presented the best inhibitory effect against Staphylococcus aureus in the four test strain. To sum up, the extract has excellent antioxidant performance, and its inhibitory effect against bacteria is higher than fungus effect.
