大数据时代背景下的食品安全供应链的发展演变初探

摘要

Big Data has become another important strategic resource beyond natural resources and human resources,this article is based on food safety forefront of the development of supply chain management,designed starting from the perspective of big data,the systems analysis,integration of management science and information technology on the evolution of supply chain management about food safety preliminary analysis ,Research is conducted from the symbiotic mechanism,mode of operation of its business and other aspects of the evolution of trends under the influence of big data collaborative supply chain strategy for food safety ,achieved results not only enrich theoretical system of food safety and supply chain management effectively guide practice ,but also further improve the ability to deal with this type of business enterprise under big data environment ,and how to effectively use big data,which avoid the adverse effects of potential risks and have a very important theoretical significance and practical guidance value.%大数据成为自然资源、人力资源之外另一重要的战略资源，本文立足于食品安全供应链管理发展前沿，旨在从大数据的角度出发，将系统分析、管理科学、信息技术等融合，对食品安全供应链管理的发展演变进行初步剖析，从大数据影响下食品安全供应链战略协同的共生机制、其商业运作模式及演变趋势几个方面进行研究，所取得的研究成果不仅能够丰富食品安全供应链管理的理论体系并有效指导实践，而且对进一步提高该类型的商业企业应对大数据的能力，以及如何有效利用大数据，规避其中的潜在风险及不利影响都具有十分重要的理论意义和实践指导价值。
