食品技术贸易壁垒与食品安全

     

摘要

我国出口食品受到发达国家日趋严重的压制,其中欧盟利用《食品安全白皮书》和有效的技术进行食品保障,美国FDA从多方面对进口食品进行要求,日本的“肯定列表制度”使我国处于被动的局面。我国面临市场准入困难、占有率降低、生产成本升高等不良影响。鉴于此,我国只有掌握、利用先进的国际安全标准,完善监督检验制度,并从企业角度出发切实保障食品安全,才能在国际食品贸易中占据有利地位。%China's exports of food is under several kinds of severe repression,including the European Union using the 'White Paper on Food Safety' and effective technology for food security ,the U.S. FDA on imported foods from the various requirements and the Japan's 'positive list' system make our country in a passive situation. China is facing difficulties in market access,market share decreased,increased production costs and other adverse effects. In this case,we can only master the use of advanced international safety standards,improve supervision and inspection system,and from a business point of view to guarantee food safety,in order to occupy a favorable position in the international food trade.
