微波消解石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定苦荞麦制品中痕量硒

     

摘要

The samples were digested by using microwave digestion, which could reduce the loss of selenium in digestion. The contents of selenium in tartary buckwheat products of liangshan were determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectroscopy, in which Ni (NO3)2+Mg (NO3)2 was used as matrix modifier, ashing temperature was 900 ℃ , and atomization temperature was 2 200 ℃ . Under these conditions, the limit of detection reached 83.69 pg , and the relative standard deviation(RSD) and recovery rate were 4.5%-5.1%and 94.4 %-94.5 % respectively. The method is simple, rapid, accurate and reliable, and can be used for the determination of selenium content in tartary buckwheat products of liangshan.%利用微波消解法对样品进行消化,可减少消化过程中硒的损失,利用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法对凉山苦荞麦制品中硒的含量进行了测定。用Ni(NO3)2+Mg(NO3)2作为基体改进剂,灰化温度为900℃,原子化温度为2800℃时,测定苦荞麦制品中硒含量,该方法检出限为83.69 pg,相对标准偏差为4.5%~5.1%(RSD),加标回收率为94.4%~94.5%。所建方法具有简便、快速、准确、可靠,可用于凉山苦荞麦制品中硒的含量测定。
