微波消解-石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定84消毒剂中的痕量铅

摘要

建立了84消毒剂中痕量铅的微波消解-石墨炉原子吸收光谱测定方法.84消毒液以硝酸为消解试剂,用微波消解法进行消解.用2％ 磷酸二氢铵为基体改进剂,在优化后的仪器工作条件下测定.铅的质量浓度在0～80.0 ng/mL范围内与吸光度呈良好的线性关系,线性相关系数r=0.9993,方法检出限为0.0054 mg/kg,平均回收率为94.66％,测定结果的相对标准偏差为1.87％(n=6).该方法灵敏度与准确度高,可用于84消毒剂中痕量铅的检测.%A method for the determination of trace lead in 84 disinfectant by microwave digestion-graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry was established. 84 disinfectants was digested with nitric acid, and then determined by using 2％ammonium dihydrogen phosphate solution as matrix modifier under the optimized instrument condition. The mass concentration of lead had good linear relationship with the absorbance in the range of 0-80.0 ng/mL(r=0.9993), the detection limit was 0.0054 mg/kg, the average recovery was 94.66％ and the relative standard deviation of determination results was 1.87％(n=6). The method was sensitive,accurate and reliable and it can be used for the detection of trace lead in 84 disinfectant.
