This paper reviews its present situation of Meizhou gold pomelo deep processing , process mainly its deep processing technology and technological process, and proposes the countermeasure to the existing problems in the comprehensive utilization of Meizhou gold pomelo.%综述了梅州金柚深加工现状、金柚深加工技术及工艺流程，对梅州金柚综合利用中存在的问题提出对策。
