壳聚糖-甲氧基果胶复合膜的结构与热稳定性

         

摘要

Tween 20 was added to chitosan-methoxyl pectin composite film as surfactant to improve the wettability on the slide with wax. With the concentration of Tween 20 increased to 0.75%, the contact angle decreased to 72.90° . After added the surfactant, the degree of crosslinking and compactness increased investigated by ATM. Also strengthen the molecular interaction , and enhanced the interaction between polymer chain investigated by FT-IR. Baced on this, the property of chitosan-methoxyl pectin composite film showed that: the thermal stability of chitosan-methoxyl pectin film with 0.75 % Tween 20 improved with better gas barrier and mechanical properties.%研究不同润湿剂对壳聚糖-甲氧基果胶复合膜液在涂蜡玻片上润湿性的影响,其中吐温-20(Tween 20)可显著提高其润湿性,且随着其浓度的增大,接触角逐渐降低。当添加0.75%Tween 20后,接触角降低至72.90°,原子力显微镜(AFM)显示复合膜的交联度和致密性增加,红外分析(FT-IR)结果显示其强化了体系中分子间作用力,聚合链之间的相互作用增强。以此为依据,研究添加润湿剂后壳聚糖甲氧基果胶复合膜的性质:可改善壳聚糖-甲氧基果胶复合膜的耐热性能,阻湿性能增强,CO2和O2透过性降低,具有良好的断裂伸长率和拉伸强度。
