Feasibility of determining aflatoxin B1 in tartary buckwheat products by HPLC was researched by an-alyzing the standard curve, accuracy, precision, the system error and sensitivity. The results showed that using HPLC to determine the aflatoxin B1 in tartary buckwheat products, the detection range was 0.20 μg/L~200.00 μg/L, determination coefficient R2 was 0.996 8, the relative error was 7.09%、5.28%、4.55%、0.23%respectively, the average recovery of standard addition in buckwheat core flour was 84.58%, the variation coef-ficient of buckwheat noodles, buckwheat soup and buckwheat tea was 9.36%,5.25%,8.22%respectively, and the detection sensitivity reached 0.20μg/L.%本试验对HPLC测定苦荞制品中AFB1的可行性进行研究,研究HPLC法测定黄曲霉毒素B1的标准曲线、准确度、精密度、系统误差、灵敏度,结果表明HPLC分析方法的检测范围0.20μg/L~200.00μg/L,判定系数R2=0.9968,各个数据的相对误差分别是7.09%、5.28%、4.55%、0.23%,苦荞芯粉平均加标回收率为84.58%,检测出苦荞面、苦荞羹、苦荞茶中黄曲霉毒素Bl的变异系数分别是9.36%、5.25%、8.22%。检测灵敏度最低检测限0.20μg/L。
