黑木耳多糖降血脂作用的小鼠实验分析

         

摘要

To explore the lipid-lowering effect of polysaccharides from Auricularia auricula in hyperlipidemia mice, two kinds of polysaccharides from Auricularia was extracted at different doses,intragastrically given to hyperlipidemic model mice to explore their effects on fat index and related enzymes.Text results showed that two kinds of AP both could increase the content of cholate in faeces, the content of lecithin cholesterol acyltrans ferase(LCAT) and the content of hormone sensitive lipase(HSL) in the mice,the effect was significant(p<0.05). They could decreased the fat index,the content of HMGR and the activity of Insulin(INS) obviously,too.the ef-fect was significant(p<0.05). Group JC was better than group J.The result showed that two kinds of AP could sig-nificantly reduce blood lipid levels by agenting the activity of related enzymes,the effect of JC group was better.%采用不同剂量的两种黑木耳酸性多糖(Auricularia Polysaccharide,AP)对高脂模型小鼠进行灌胃,研究黑木耳多糖对高脂模型小鼠脂肪指数及相关酶类影响并初步探究黑木耳酸性多糖的降血脂作用.结果表明,两种黑木耳多糖均可增加小鼠粪便中的胆酸盐含量、卵磷脂胆固醇酰基转移酶(lecithin-cholesterolacyltransferase,LCAT)含量(p<0.05)以及激素敏感性脂肪酶(hormone-sensitive triglayceride lipase,HSL)含量(p<0.05);降低小鼠脂肪指数、HMG-CoA还原酶(Hydroxy methylglutaryl coenzyme A reductase inhibitor,HMGR)含量以及胰岛素(insulin,INS)活性;且碱提除蛋白多糖组(JC组)的效果优于碱提不除蛋白组(J组).说明两种黑木耳多糖可通过调节相关酶的活性,达到降血脂的效果,且JC组的效果更好.
