微波消解/ICP-MS法测定乳制品纸铝塑包装中重金属

     

摘要

A method for simultaneous determination of 10 heavy metal elements Cr,Mn,Co,Ni,Cu,Zn,As,Cd, Pb,Tl in dariy aluminum-plastic composite packaging by ICP-MS was developed. The sample pretreatment conditions, such as effects of digestion reagent and consumption, interference and elimination of the method were comprehenively investigated. Under the optimum condition of determination, the detection limits of the method are in the range of 0.003μg/kg-0.120μg/kg. Good linearity of the calibration curves was obtained for these elements(correlation coefficients>0.99), the recoveries ranged from 88.0%to 106.7%, the relative stan-dard deviations were between 1.3 and 2.6. This method is simple, quickly and accurate. It can be applied to the determination of the heavy metal elements contention in dariy aluminum-plastic composite packaging.%建立微波消解/电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)同时测定乳制品纸铝塑复合包装材料中铬、锰、钴、镍、铜、锌、砷、镉、铅、铊10种重金属元素的分析方法,并研究消解试剂及其用量、测定方法干扰及消除等试验影响因素,确定了最佳试验条件.该方法的检出限在0.003μg/kg~0.120μg/kg之间,线性关系良好,相关系数均>0.99,加标回收率在88.0%~106.7%之间,相对标准偏差在1.3~2.6之间.该方法方便快捷、准确可靠,可用于测定乳制品纸铝塑复合包装材料中的重金属元素.
