李子贮藏保鲜技术及其应用前景

摘要

李树在我国栽培历史悠久,近年李子产量大幅提升,出现＂卖果难＂问题,有必要对李子进行贮藏保鲜。本文归纳影响李子贮藏保鲜效果的主要因素,总结国内外近年来所应用的李果贮藏保鲜技术措施,分析它们的优点与不足,探寻一些适于在我国推广应用的保鲜技术与方法,以求提升我国李子的贮藏保鲜水平。%Plums have a long cultivated history in China.The yield of plums were improved significantly in recent years,but they were hard to sell,so it was necessary to store and keep them fresh.This acticle sumed up the main factors influencing fresh-keeping storage on plums and storage technical measures that applied at home and abroad,analysed their advantages and deficiency,and seeked some fresh-keeping technologies and methods suitable for popularization and application in our country to improve the level of storage of plums in China.
