牛初乳的营养保健功能及开发利用

         

摘要

介绍了牛初乳的概念和应用现状,重点论述了其营养、功效成分以及其保健功能,探讨了牛初乳功能性食品开发的相关问题、对策和发展前景,论证牛初乳是一种非常有潜力的功能性食品原料。%The concept and applicational situation of bovine colostrums were reviewed, its nutritional functions, physiological functions and its health-care-function were elaborated, and finally relative problems of development, countermeasures and its development were prospected. Results showed that it was one kind of the potential functional food raw materials.
