[Objective] To investigate the effect of diet on the nutritional status of children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL),and to provide evidence for nutritional intervention.[Method] We selected accompany parents of 30 cases of hospitalized children with ALL,survey and calculation of hospitalization and hugh therapy during the 3 days of dietary intake,and monitor early admission and back to the hospital after the body quality and biochemical index and digestive system adverse reactions.[Result] 2 ~ 5 years old children in hospital dietary total energy and protein intakes were lower than hugh therapy (P < 0.05).Children admitted to hospital at the beginning of the pre albumin and hemoglobin less than the return to the hospital (P <0.05) and albumin did not change significantly.Early admission 1 cases of overweight,1 cases of malnutrition,28 cases of normal.Back to the hospital 1 overweight people,3 people malnutrition,26 cases of normal.Totally 27 cases (90%) patients were nausea,vomiting,ulcers in the mouth with a variety of different levels of adverse reactions.[Conclusion] The nutritional status of ALL patients with chemotherapy should be combined with the doctor to actively nutrition intervention.%目的:通随膳食调查了解饮食对急性淋巴细胞白血病(ALL)患儿营养状况的影响,为患儿是否需要营养干预提供依据.方法:选取有陪住家长的30例ALL住院患儿,调查并计算住院和休疗期间各3d的膳食摄入量;监测入院初、返院后的体质量和生化指标及消化系统不良反应.结果:2~5岁患儿院内膳食的总能量和蛋白质摄入量均低于休疗期(P<0.05);患儿入院初的前白蛋白和血红蛋白低于返院后(P<0.05),白蛋白变化不大(P=0.194);入院初1例超重、1例营养不良,28例正常;返院时1例超重、3例营养不良,26例正常;27例(90%)患儿分别出现恶心、呕吐、口腔溃疡等各种不同程度的不良反应.结论:化疗危害ALL患儿的营养状况,应由营养师与临床医生配合积极予以营养干预.
