分析城乡居民的收入水平、收入结构、人口结构、消费方式以及所处的市场环境等肉类消费影响因素,可以判断出未来农村居民肉类需求增长潜力巨大,是将来畜牧行业增长的主要动力;城镇居民肉类消费总量未来将继续增长,品质消费将占据重要地位;猪肉消费仍将占据主导地位,禽肉、牛羊肉消费增长空间巨大;城乡居民肉类需求多样化趋势日益显著,市场细分将更加深入.%Based on analyzing the factors affecting meat consumption,such as income level,income structure,population structure,consumption pattern and market environment,it could be predicted that there could be a great growth potential in rural areas for meat consumption,which will be the driving force for the development of livestock industry.Also,although high-quality products will become a mainstream for urban residents,the quantity of their meat consumption will continue to grow.Pork consumption will still maintain a dominant status while the poultry and red meat will experience a significant increase.At last,a trend of diversity will appears for meat consumption and its market segmentation will become more obvious.
