Forecast the Level of Residents' Clothing Consumption in the ‘13th Five-Year’ in China Based on Urban and Rural Residents' Consumption Difference

China's urban and rural residents clothing consumption level with the increase in income level and population urbanization rate has occurred some changes, this paper according to the relevant statistical yearbook compiling about 30 years of annual data, analysis and interpretation, and the variation relationship of income level and residents' clothing consumption to determine the correlation to the regression analysis and elasticity, to calculate the stimulating effect on the residents, residents in urban and rural income levels of clothing consumption, on the basis of a combination with the 45 planning of our country income and population urbanization rate prediction data of urban and rural residents in China's clothing consumption were analyzed and predicted.
