分别采用杯碟法研究水杨酸(Hsal)、8-羟基喹啉(Hhq)及其稀土三元配合物对黑曲霉的抑菌作用,以及抑菌持久稳定性进行研究.结果表明:水杨酸没有抑菌作用,8-羟基喹啉抑菌作用较强,但抑菌效果随时间的推移明显减弱.抑菌作用不明显的稀土(RE=Pr、Gd)离子与配体形成配合物后,其抑菌效果明显增强且具有持久稳定性.配合物Pr(sal)2hq、Gd(sal)2hq和配体8-羟基喹啉的最小抑菌浓度分别位于0.50~0.25,1.00~0.50,0.50~0.25 mmol/L;最小杀菌浓度分别为2,3,5 mmol/L.%This experiment adopted cylinder plate method to study the antibacterial ability and persistence of salicylic acid, 8-hydroxylquino-line and its ternary complexes on Aspergillus niger. The results showed that the salicylic acid has no antibacterial ability, and 8-hydroxylquinoline has strong antibacterial ability but has no persistence. However, when the rare earth (RE = Pr, Gd) , salicylic acid and 8-hydroxylquinoline were formed to ternary complexes, its antibacterial ability becomes seriously improved and have antibacteria persistence. The MIC of Pr(sal)2hq, Gd(sal)2hq and 8-hydroxylquinoline respectively located in 0. 5 — 0. 25 mmol/L,l —0. 5 mmol/L and 0.5—0. 25 mmol/L, the corresponding MBC was 2 mmol/L,rn3 mmol/L and 5 mmol/L.
