针对国内鲜切果蔬加工的需求,研制一种多功能果蔬鲜切机,既可以进行果蔬的切片、又可以进行切丝、切丁.该机采用离心切削法切片、圆盘刀切丝、横切刀切丁的三维加工模式,并设计其传动系统方案和传动参数计算;考虑果蔬加工的多功能要求,设计方便拆装的圆盘刀总成、横切刀总成及其连接结构.果蔬鲜切机整机性能测试表明该机功率为1.38 kW,切割马铃薯的合格率为96.5%,达到设计要求.%For the domestic demand of fresh-cut fruits and vegetables processing, a fruits and vegetables cutting machine was developed which coutd have slicing, shredding and dicing. The machine adopted three-dimensional processing model by fruits and vegetables sliced with centrifugal cutting method and shred by circular knives and diced by cross-section knife. Then transmission system program and main structure of the machine were designed and parameter calculation wai done. Considering multi-purpose requirements of fruit and vegetable processing, circular knives and cross-section knives were assembled and disassembled efficiently. The results of cutting performance tests showed that the pass rate of fruits and vegetables dicer was 96. 5%, power for 1. 38 kW, which meet the design requirements.
