大枣去核切片集成设备的设计与试验

             

摘要

In order to solve the problems of Labor-intensive,low-automatization and high breakage rate,utilizing modern design and manufacturing technology,a kind of pitting and slicing integrated device was designed.It can complete the processes of automatic directional sort,clamping,pitting and slicing simultaneously.The intermittent feeding,clamping,and slicing were completed by the geneva mechanism.The directional ordering was completed by interactions of directional transmission chain,brush and friction plate.The positioning clamp was performed by two rows of vertical chain.The centric slider crank mechanism could achieve pitting.The slicing was realized by the fixed tool and the rotation of feeding wheel with knife trough.It was showed that the productivity was up to 250 kg/h,the automatic sorting rate was higher than 98%,and the broken rate was lower than 5 %.%针对大枣精深加工过程劳动强度大、自动化程度低、造碎率大等技术难题,设计双排滚链式大枣去核切片集成设备方案,可一次性完成大枣自动定向排序、夹紧、去核、切片等工序.采用槽轮机构实现间歇上料、夹紧、切片;采用定向传送链、毛刷、摩擦板相互作用实现定向排序;采用两排垂直放置的链实现定位夹紧;采用对心曲柄滑块机构实现去核;采用刀具固定,刀槽式送料轮旋转实现切片.样机试验表明,该集成设备,生产率达250 kg/h,自动排序率高于98%,造碎率低于5%.
