罐头食品的历史、现状及发展对策

Canned food is a part of food industries. The preservation by can pack is one of important methods for food preservation. It has become a mature industral department,although its history is only 200 years. It is also a main product to exprot and get foreign exchange in China. The canned food made a great contribution for getting foreign exchange,meeting the needs of the people and ensuring the military supplies. Its development prospect is broad ,though there are many difficulties.%罐头食品是食品工业的一部分，罐藏食品是食品保藏的重要方法之一。虽然只有短短200a左右的历史，但已发展为成熟的工业门类，并成为我国轻工产品出口创汇的大户，在满足人民生活需求，为国家出口创汇，保证军需等方面都作出了巨大的贡献。虽然前进道路上经历了曲折，但发展前景广阔。
