The ultrasonic-microwave synergistic extraction (UMSE) parameters of anthocyanins were optimized. The effects of UMSE and other extraction techniques were compared.The result showed that the best condition for UMSE were; ethanol concentration 67.4% , extract time 192 s, microwave power 478 W, the extraction yield was 3. 920% .
