Different polyphenol extracts were obtained from Xisha noni juice using organic solvents with different polarity.Total phenolic content was determined by Folin-ciocalteu method.Antioxidant activity was evaluated by DPPH scavenging assay,ABTS scavenging assay and total antioxidant capacity assay.It was shown that liquid-liquid extraction was a successful method for separating polyphenols with different polarities,and polar polyphenols were dominant in Xisha noni juice.Antioxidant activities of water-soluble fraction is the strongest and there was no significant difference between ethyl acetate-soluble fraction and n-butanol-soluble fraction which were stronger than chloroformsoluble fraction.Antioxidant activity of different extracts was significantly positive correlated with total phenolic content.The polyphenols were the main antioxidant substances.%以不同极性有机溶剂对西沙诺尼果汁多酚进行分离,以Folin-Ciocalteu法测定多酚含量,通过清除DP-PH·、ABTS+·能力和总抗氧化能力的测定,对不同极性多酚抗氧化活性进行评价.结果表明:液-液萃取可以实现不同极性多酚的有效分离,西沙诺尼果汁多酚以极性酚为主,水相的抗氧化能力最强,其次为乙酸乙酯相和正丁醇相,两者无显著差异,氯仿相最弱.不同萃取物多酚含量与3种方法测得的抗氧化数据具有显著正相关性,多酚是其主要的抗氧化物质.
