辅酶Q10治疗应用研究的热点分析

摘要

目的：从文献计量学角度了解国内外辅酶Q10治疗应用文献所涉及的疾病种类及其文献量。方法以中国生物医学文献数据库（SinoMed）和SilverPlatter MEDLINE(R)为数据源，采用主题词词频分析法对国内外辅酶Q10治疗应用文献进行分析。结果 SinoMed中辅酶Q10治疗心血管疾病、肝疾病、病毒性疾病、脑疾病的文献居多。MEDLINE中辅酶Q10治疗心血管疾病、神经系统疾病、线粒体疾病、肌疾病、代谢疾病、先天性遗传性疾病、肿瘤、消化系统疾病、血脂异常、男性不育、皮肤疾病、眼疾病、呼吸道疾病、耳疾病、精神障碍等大类疾病的文献居多。结论对于辅酶Q10治疗应用的研究文献，MEDLINE所涉及的病种远比SinoMed丰富得多，可为国内相关研究人员深入研究和临床医师广泛开展临床实践提供参考。%Objective From the perspective of bibliometrics, the disease categories and the literature amount involved in the literature of therapeutic application of coenzyme Q10 at home and abroad are studied.MethodsThe word frequency analysis of subject headings was used to analyze the literature of therapeutic application of coenzyme Q10 covered in SinoMed and MEDLINE database. Results Most literature in SinoMed deals with coenzyme Q10 treatment on cardiovascular diseases, liver diseases, viral diseases and brain diseases. Most literatures in MEDLINE deals with coenzyme Q10 treatment on cardiovascular diseases, nervous system diseases, mitochondrial diseases, muscular diseases, metabolic diseases, inborn genetic diseases, neoplasms, digestive system diseases, dyslipidemia, male infertility, skin diseases, eye diseases, respiratory tract diseases, ear diseases, mental disorders, etc. Conclusion For the literature of therapeutic application of coenzyme Q10, the categories of the diseases involved in MEDLINE were much more abundant than those of SinoMed. The literature can provide references for the domestic researchers and clinicians.
