由广东省疾病预防控制中心负责实施的中国合格评定国家认可委员会(CNAS)的能力验证计划,检测花露水中甲醇的含量.比对实验中采用极性毛细管柱,采用称重法和体积法对比,程序升温,通过带FID检测器的气相色谱测定,加标回收率为101.8%~102.9%,检出浓度0.003 g/L,最低定量浓度0.01 g/L.此法分离效果好,简便、准确、快速,适用于化妆品中甲醇的检测.%Center for Disease Control and Prevention of Guangdong Province carried out the plan of proficiency testing in accordance with China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment, including the content detection of methanol in florida water. In the study, polar GC columns was adopted with weight and volume comparing methods, and the determination was finished by GC with FID detector. The recovery rate was 101. 8%— 102. 9% , the detection limit was 0. 003 g/L. The method is rapid and simple with high sensitivity. It is applicable for the determination of methalol in cosmetics.
