基于“化妆品分析与功效评价”课程的教学改革与实践

摘要

结合轻化工程专业化妆品方向技术人才的培养目标，阐述了“化妆品分析与功效评价”课程在师资队伍、教学内容、教学措施和手段、教学条件等方面的改革与实践。并探索了以卓越工程师为培养目标的“化妆品分析与功效评价”课程的工程化改革所能取得的效果。%Combining with the aim of training technical personnel for cosmetics industry, the teaching reform and practice were elaborated on teaching staff, content of teaching, teaching measures and methods, teaching condition etc. for the course of cosmetic analysis and effectiveness evaluation in this paper. In addition, the achievements of engineering reform were discussed on the basis of excellent engineer training program.
