离心泵特性曲线和管路特性曲线确定最佳工作点的方法在何家岩金矿排水系统中的应用

To determine the best operating of the centrifugal pump is the basic and even the most important factor to raise efficiency and produce production cost . The best operating point of the centrifugal pump is determined by the characteristic curves of both centrifugal pump and pipeline . or a given production task , definite pipeline determines its curve . While the characteristic curve of the centrifugal pump has already been marked after experiments in factories . The best operating point is the point when the pressure head required for the pipeline is equal to the one supplied by the centrifugal pump . So the determination of it is to work out the characteristic curve of pipeline and draw both curves on the same coordinte to find the in-tersection .T his article mainly describes how to determine the best operating point for the drainage system in He Jia Yan goldfield according to pipeline in actual production and put forward my own opinion .%确定离心泵的最佳工作点是提高效率、节约成本的基本因素，也是最重要的因素。离心泵最佳工作点是由离心泵特性曲线和管路特性曲线共同确定的，对于满足一定生产任务，确定的管路决定了管路曲线。而离心泵特性曲线由生产厂家，通过试验出厂时附于泵样本或者说明书中。最佳工作点是指当管路所需要的压头刚好是离心泵所能提供的压头时对应的流量。所以最佳工作点的确定，就是计算确定管路特性曲线，并将二者的曲线绘在同一坐标图上来确定交点。本文就何家岩金矿排水系统如何根据生产实际管路来确定最佳工作点进行了阐述，并提出了自己的观点。
