基于政校企联合质检培训项目的“食品分析与检验”课程教学改革初探

     

摘要

由于食品安全越来越受关注,培养食品分析检测检验人才也变得十分重要.“食品分析与检验”是食品分析检测检验类专业的必修课程.通过分析“食品分析与检验”课程中理论及实验教学环节存在的问题,以基于政校企食药监管质检培训项目联合课程为切入点,探索政产研联合培养应用型食品分析及检验专业人才的发展思路,使“食品分析与检验”课程能真正为生产实践服务.%Due to the growing concern of food safety,staff training of food analysis and inspection has become very important.Food Analysis and Inspection is a compulsory course for food analysis and testing specialty.In this paper,through the analysis of the theoretical and experimental teaching problems in the course,based on government food and drug supervision quality inspection training program associated with Food Analysis and Inspection course.And to explore the development ideas of government,enterprise and school joint training application-oriented talent with food analysis and inspection,then it will make Food Analysis and Inspection course serve the practice.
