根据国家车辆高速碰撞法规要求，利用Hypermesh软件建立客车正面碰撞有限元模型，并基于Ls-Dyna求解器对客车正面撞击速度为50km/h进行数值仿真，得到了整车变形情况、碰撞力曲线、整车加速度曲线和前围板侵入量，这些数据对客车的结构设计具有重要参考价值。%According to the national vehicle speed collision regulations, this paper utilized Hypermesh software to establish a ifnite element model of the mini bus for crashing, and the ANSYS/Ls-Dyna solver was used for the numerical simulation of the bus under the velocity condition as 50 km/h, got the vehicle deformation , the curve of collision force , the curve of vehicle acceleration and the intrusion of dash panel,these data have important reference value for the structural design of passenger cars.
