基于 CT扫描和3D打印可视化技术构建石油工程Solid Learning教学新模式

         

摘要

Aiming at cultivating high quality talents with innovation sense and ability ,the Solid Learning teaching mode for petroleum engineering is established .The building processes of this teaching model are as follows :firstly ,the real digital core model is constructed based on CT scanning ;secondly ,the pore network model is extracted by using the optimization extraction algorithm ;thirdly ,according to 3D printing technology , the real model is established ,which could not be visualized in the normal way ;lastly ,the real printed model is applied to do experiments and practical teaching activities .The application effect indicates that the Solid Learning teaching mode makes the reservoir model underground visualized ,which has strengthened the activity and the sense of exploration of students and improved the quality of experiments and class teaching .This new teaching mode has laid a good foundation for fostering the high‐quality innovative talents who love petroleum industry ,and it has a great popularization and application potential .%以培养具有创新意识和创新能力的高素质人才为目标,构建石油工程专业Solid Learning教学模式。首先基于C T扫描建立真实的数字岩心模型,利用优化提取算法提取其孔隙网络模型,然后利用3D打印技术建立传统方法不可见的真实模型,最后将打印出的实物模型应用于实验实践教学。应用效果表明,Solid Learning教学模式使地下原本不可见的油藏模型可视化,极大地提高了学生学习的积极性和探索意识,提高了实验及课堂教学的质量,为培养创新性高素质人才奠定了良好的基础,是一种极具推广应用前景的教学新模式。
