As smart phones are equipped with a variety of precision sensors,by using the sensors and the related App to assist science inquiry,the students'experimental approach can be broadened,the expenses can be reduced,and the traditional experiments can be improved or upgraded so that the students'innovation experiments are well promoted. The smart phone light sensors are used in this experiment to transform the traditional experiments.By measuring the solution concentration of ovalbumin from egg white through the light intensity and by calculation,the productivity of ovalbumin by egg white salting-out method is 9.36%,which is not different from the traditional measurement,and can be promoted for an undergraduate experiment.%利用智能手机光线传感器及相关软件对传统紫外分光光度法测浓度实验进行改造,通过测量溶液透过光的光照度得到蛋清盐析制取的卵白蛋白浓度,计算得出蛋清盐析法制取卵白蛋白产率为9.36%,与传统测量数值相差不大,可作为本科生实验.
