工程训练中心'十三五'规划制定的关键

摘要

工程训练中心建设中有许多问题需要做出根本性的改革,以工程训练中心"十三五"规划制定为契机,将面临的问题分析透彻,抓住问题的关键,从而制定切实有效的措施,突破建设的困局是大家普遍关心的问题.首先,根据学校总体的发展规划制定了建设的目标;其次,对问题以及它们之间的相互制约关系进行了分析;最后,提出了需要解决的关键问题和解决问题的途径.%In the construction of the engineering training center,there are many problems which need to be reformed fundamentally.By taking the formulation of the "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan" for the engineering training center as an opportunity,a thorough analysis on these problems is carried out,and the key issues are determined so as to formulate the effective measures and make a breakthrough in the construction dilemma,which is the common concern.Firstly,according to the university's overall development plan,the construction goal is set up,secondly the problems and the mutual restrictive relation between them are analyzed,and finally the key problems and the ways to solve these problems are put forward.
