Based on the recent construction effect of the chemical laboratory in School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering at Chongqing University,and the safety management experience of chemical laboratories at home and abroad,and by drawing on the ideas and means of industrial production management,this paper describes the establishment of a whole-process safety control system from the source to the end point of the chemical laboratory,introduces the idea of the lean safety management,establishes such management mode and sets up the safe chemical laboratory so as to promote the scientific and sustainable development of the chemical laboratory.%基于近期重庆大学化学化工学院的化学实验室建设效果和国内外高校化学实验室安全管理经验,借鉴工业生产管理的理念和手段,阐述了建立从源头到终点的化学实验室全过程安全控制体系,引入精益管理思想,建立精益安全管理模式,创建安心化学实验室,促进化学实验室科学、持续地发展.
