地方高校转型发展背景下的实践教学基地建设

地方高校在转型发展背景下的实践教学基地建设对于开拓"产教"融合的新渠道,开辟"双师型"教师培养的新路径和拓展大学生创新创业的新平台具有创新性的意义.同时,也存在长效机制不完善、内涵建设不到位、综合效益低的问题.通过构建校企双赢机制, 不断完善实践教学基地建设, 积极推进产学研合作,为应用型人才培养和地方高校转型发展提供有力支持.%The construction of the practical teaching base under the background of the transformation and development of local colleges has the innovative significance for not only opening up a new channel for "Industry-teaching" integration, but also creating a new path of "Double-qualified" teacher training and expanding a new platform for college students' innovation and entrepreneurship.At the same time, there still exist the problems such as imperfection of the long-term mechanism, lacking connotation construction, and low comprehensive benefit.Through the establishment of the win-win mechanism for colleges and enterprises, the construction of the practical teaching base is continuously improved, and the industry-college-research cooperation is actively promoted so as to provide the strong support for the cultivation of application-oriented talents, the transformation and development of local colleges.
