创新驱动下计算机卓越人才培养新模式探索

摘要

针对高校人才培养与企业实际需求存在差距的问题,以建设江苏省 A类品牌专业、国家卓越工程师试点专业为契机,结合地方经济建设和信息产业发展对计算机卓越人才的需求,通过不断改革与尝试,探索并实践拓展内涵融合创业的计算机卓越人才培养新模式.通过不断优化计算机卓越人才培养新模式,对满足 IT 产业卓越人才培养具有借鉴意义.%In view of the gap between the university training of talents and the actual needs of enterprises,by taking the construction of Jiangsu A-brand specialties and national excellent engineer scheme as an opportunity,in combination with the demand for the outstanding computer talents due to the local economic construction and information industry development,and through the continuous reform and attempt,the exploration and practice are carried out on the new training model of computer excellent talents with the expansion of connotative integration of enterprises.Through the continuous optimization of the new model of computer excellent talent training,it can provide the reference for training excellent talents in IT industry.
