PrivatBank: driven by superior innovation

In 2013, The Banker magazine's committee of experts recognised PrivatBank as the best bank in Ukraine. Today, PrivatBank continues to hold leading positions in Ukraine: according to a report published by GfK in 2014 (a global market research institute), 38% of Ukrainians consider PrivatBank as their flagship bank. The bank's household deposit base equals Hrv85bn, which is more than the combined total of household deposits held by Ukraine's next five largest banks. PrivatBank achieves these results by focusing on developing new technologies and working constantly to enhance the quality of the bank's customer service. In this article, we will discuss the key innovations launched by PrivatBank in 2014.
