动态比浊快速鉴定金黄色葡萄球菌方法建立及应用评价

摘要

Objective To evaluate the capability of kinetic turbidimetric assay for identification of Staphylococcus aureus. Methods Nuc gene was detected with PCR and VITEK-2-compact biochemical tests were selected as the reference methods for the identification of Staphylococcus aureus. Kinetic turbidimetric assay and tube coagulase test were carried out to compare the specificity,sensitivity and examining times. Results Both specificity and sensitivity were 100% in identification Staphylococcus aureus by kinetic turbidimetric assay,obviously higher than the tube coagulase tests. Among the 189 strains of gram-stain positive cocci detected by clinical rapid detection method the coincidence rate of Staphylococcus aureus identification was 98.9% (87/88). Only 1 strain was identified as Staphylococcus aureus in 101 non-Staphylococcus aureus,the coincidence rate reached 99.0%(100/101). Conclusion Kinetic turbidimetric assay can rapidly distinguish Staphylococcus aureus from Gram stain positive cocci.%目的：探讨动态比浊法快速鉴别金黄色葡萄球菌可行性。方法以VITEK-2-compact鉴定及nuc基因阳性作为参照，分析动态比浊法鉴别金黄色葡萄球菌的特异性、敏感性及可行性。结果动态比浊法鉴别金黄色葡萄球菌的特异性100%；敏感性100%，明显高于试管法；对临床分离的189株阳性球菌进行快速检测中，金黄色葡萄球菌鉴定符合率98.9%（87/88），101株非金黄色葡萄球菌仅1株鉴定为金黄色葡萄球菌，符合率为99.0%（100/101）。结论动态比浊法可快速鉴别金黄色葡萄球菌。
