一种低成本血液HIV病毒核酸筛查系统的开发和应用

摘要

目的：开发一种低成本，有效和方便快捷的血源筛查核酸检测系统。方法利用临床上使用的HIV-1核酸定量检测试剂，用酶免实验用的加样器对血液标本进行混样和核酸提取。结果使用常规方法和加样器改进方法的检测有效性没有差异，经过加样器改进的方法检测速度快，比常规手工方法劳动强度大大降低。结论低成本血液HIV病毒核酸筛查系统，成本低，效率高，可以有效提高血液的安全性。%Objective To develop a low-cost nucleic acid detection system for efficient and rapid detection of blood transmit-ted HIV. Methods The pipettes of ELISA experiments were used to mix blood samples and do with the nucleic acid. According-ly,the nucleic acid was tested using HIV-1 nucleic acid quantitative detection reagents. Results There was no difference in the effectiveness of conventional methods and pipette improved methods,while the latter showed the more efficient and quicker fea-tures. Conclusion The Low-costnucleic acid screening system was able to detect blood transmitted HIV economically and effi-ciently,which could effectively improve the security use of blood.
