FSAE 纯电动方程式赛车制动盘发热研究

         

摘要

基于大学生方程式赛车比赛的特点,该文根据制动原理与传热理论,使用理论分析法分别研究了赛车在紧急制动和持续制动两种工况中制动盘的温度情况,判定是否会因为温度过高而发生热衰退等失效。通过 COMSOL Multiphysics 的固体传热模块对赛车的紧急制动与持续制动进行仿真分析,得出在紧急制动以及持久制动后制动盘的温度,从而对理论计算进行验证,为制动盘的优化设计提供了理论依据。%It is important to study the thermal of the braking disc when having the FSAE competition.In this paper,the heat of the braking discs is studied during the process of emergency braking and continuous braking by the theory of heat transfer and the theory of braking in order to estimate whether the temperature of disc is extremely hot and have failure or not.After that,heat transfer in solid’s modular of Comsol Multiphysics is used to have thermal analysis about the racing car’s emergency braking condition and continuous bra-king condition,then have the temperature of the disc after emergency condition and duration condition.Finally,we validate theoretical calculation and provide theoretical basis for optimal design of disks.
