注射用血凝酶临床应用的合理性分析

摘要

目的:了解常州市第二人民医院(以下简称"我院")注射用血凝酶的使用现状,为临床合理用药提供参考. 方法:对2013年5月-2014年4月我院出院患者使用的注射用血凝酶的剂量、用药频度、药物利用指数及临床应用的合理性等进行回顾性分析. 结果:我院注射用血凝酶DDDs较高的科室为肝胆外科、泌尿外科、消化内科,主要用于消化道出血、呼吸道出血、肿瘤引起的出血及预防外科手术术中和术后出血等;大部分科室注射用血凝酶的药物利用指数>1,说明其日剂量偏大;在适应证、用法与用量、用药疗程等方面存在不合理用药情况. 结论:我院注射用血凝酶的临床应用存在诸多不合理之处,需加强管理.%OBJECTIVE:To investigate the application of hemocoagulase atrox for injection in the Second People's Hospital of Changzhou ( hereinafter referred to as"our hospital") , and to provide reference for the rational drug use in clinic. METHODS:Retrospective analysis of application of hemocoagulase atrox for injection on the discharged patients in our hospital from May 2013 to Apr. 2014 was conducted in respect of dosage, digital data display system(DDDs), drug use index ( DUI ) and the rationality of clinic application. RESULTS: Departments with higher DDDs of hemocoagulase atrox for injection were hepatobiliary surgery, department of urology and department of internal medicine, which mainly focus on the treatment of hemorrhage of digestive tract, hemorrhage from respiratory tract, bleeding caused by tumor and prevention of surgical intraoperative and postoperative bleeding etc. Most departments' DUI >1, which showed that described daily dose was too large. Unreasonable situations appeared in the medication indications, usage and dosage, drug treatment and some other aspects. CONCLUSIONS:As for the application of hemocoagulase atrox for injection in our hospital, there are many unreasonable aspects, which needs the further management.
