目的:了解解放军第202医院(以下简称"我院")住院患者抗菌药物使用情况,为进一步巩固抗菌药物临床应用专项整治活动成效提供参考. 方法:利用计算机管理系统,对2011-2013年我院住院患者抗菌药物使用情况,包括药品名称、剂型、用量、销售金额等进行分类、汇总,计算抗菌药物的用药频度( DDDs )、限定日费用、排序比(销售金额排序/DDDs排序)等. 结果:2011-2013年,我院住院患者抗菌药物使用率、销售金额、DDDs均呈下降趋势;β-内酰胺类+β-内酰胺酶抑制剂复方制剂、头孢菌素类、氟喹诺酮类抗菌药物在临床使用中占主导地位. 结论:我院住院患者抗菌药物的使用基本合理,专项整治效果明显,但仍存在问题,需进一步加强管理,确保临床安全、有效用药.%OBJECTIVE:To investigate the use of antibiotics for the inpatients in No. 202 Hospital of People's Liberation Army ( hereinafter referred to as"our hospital") , and to provide reference for the further consolidation of the achievements of the clinical rational use of antibiotics in special rectification activity. METHODS:The computer management system was adopted to classify and gather the utilization condition of the antibiotics for inpatients during 2011-2013, including the name of drugs, dosage form, dosage amount and consumption sum etc;and to calculate the DDDs, defined daily cost(DDC)and order ratio(consumption sum order/DDDs order)etc. RESULTS:During 2011-2013, the utilization rate, consumption sum and DDDs of antibiotics were decreased in our hospital. Β-lactamase inhibitors and β-lactams compound antibiotics preparations, cephalosporin and fluroquimolones occupied the dominant position of antimicrobial drug use. CONCLUSIONS:The use of antibacterial drugs was basically rational, and the special rectification is effective. But there are still some problems need to be strengthened so as to ensure safe and effective drug use in clinic.
