临床药师参与肝豆状核变性患儿药物治疗的药学监护

摘要

OBJECTIVE:To probe into the effect of clinical pharmacists in treatment of children with hepatoleuticular degeneration. METHODS: The participation of clinical pharmacists in treatment of 1 case of hepatoleuticular degeneration was analyzed. RESULTS:Clinical pharmacists took active participation in the treatment and continuous pharmaceutical care on therapeutic regimen, gave assistance to clinicians in the formulating and perfection of therapeutic regimen, offered individualized suggestion aimed at the states changing of the illness till the patients went better and left hospital. CONCLUSIONS: Through the participation in treatment of hepatoleuticular degeneration, the clinical pharmacists has provided individualized therapeutic regimen, so as to improve the therapeutic effect and promote clinical rational drug application.%目的:探讨临床药师在肝豆状核变性患儿药物治疗中的作用.方法:分析临床药师参与1例肝豆状核变性患儿的药物治疗过程.结果:临床药师积极参与患儿的药物治疗,对其治疗方案进行全程监护,协助临床医师制订和完善了治疗方案,同时针对患者病情变化提出个体化建议,患儿病情好转后出院.结论:临床药师通过参与肝豆状核变性患儿的药物治疗,为患儿提供了个体化治疗方案,提高了治疗效果,促进了临床合理用药.
