The method for the early diagnosis of cardiovascular disorders in the children with the chronic bronchopulmonary diseases provides for examining the diastolic function of myocardium. The ratio of the early and late diastolic filling both in right and left ventricles, and the diastolic reserves in right and left ventricles are examined. Holter monitoring is used for assessing the hypoxia and the ischemia in myocardium. According to the state of each of the parameters analyzed, the points are scored from zero to three for each parameter. Then the average sum of the points for each patient is calculated. The severity of the cardiovascular disorders is assessed as follows: 1-4 points suggest the mild disorders, 5-9 points suggest the moderate disorders, and when the sum exceeds 9 points, the severe disorders are diagnosed.
