2013-2016年苏北人民医院癌性疼痛患者麻醉药品应用分析

摘要

目的:了解苏北人民医院(以下简称“我院”)门诊及住院癌性疼痛患者麻醉药品应用情况和趋势,为临床合理用药提供参考.方法:采用回顾性分析法,提取2013-2016年我院门诊和住院癌性疼痛患者麻醉药品处方,对处方一般情况和麻醉药品的使用种类、用药频度、销售金额、限定日费用等进行统计分析.结果:我院癌性疼痛患者麻醉药品的处方量和用量均呈逐年增加趋势;芬太尼透皮贴剂、吗啡缓释片和羟考酮缓释片的用药频度排序和销售金额排序一直居前3位;各品种的限定日费用有所下降.结论:我院癌性疼痛患者使用的麻醉药品以口服制剂和透皮贴剂为主,应用基本合理.%OBJECTIVE:To investigate the application and its trends of narcotics on patients with cancer pain in outpatient and inpatient in Northern Jiangsu People's Hospital (hereinafter referred to as "our hospital"),so as to provide references for clinical rational drug application.METHODS:Prescriptions of narcotics of patients with cancer pain in outpatient and inpatient in our hospital during 2013-2016 were extracted and retrospectively analyzed in terms of general conditions of prescriptions,categories,DDDs,consumption sum and DDC of narcotics.RESULTS:Prescriptions and usage of narcotics on patients with cancer pain presented an increasing trend in out hospital;the top three drugs ranked in DDDs and consumption sum were respectively fentanyl transdermal patches,morphine sustained-release tablets and oxycodone sustained-release tablets;DDC of all categories of narcotics had decreased.CONCLUSIONS:The application of narcotics in our hospital mainly includes oral pills and transdermal patches,which is basically rational.
