针-板放电等离子体反应器结构参数对甲基橙脱色反应速率常数的影响

         

摘要

采用针-板放电等离子体反应器处理模拟甲基橙(MO)废水,研究了反应器结构参数对MO脱色反应速率常数的影响.实验得出最佳反应器结构参数:阳极为5根不锈钢针并联,针间距为17 mm,针电极长度为2 mm,电极间距为10 mm,O2流量为0.18 m3/h,阴极丝网目数为20目,在阳极上部设置5层间距为15 mm的不锈钢丝介质阻挡网.反应器在最佳结构参数下可使初始质量浓度为60 mg/L的MO模拟废水迅速脱色,处理12 min时脱色率已达97%;处理30 min时COD去除率达到41%.%The needle-plate discharge plasma reactor was used to treat methyl-orange ( MO ) -containing wastewater. The effects of reactor structure parameters on the decolorization reaction rate constant of MO were studied. The experimental results show that the optimum reactor structure parameters are as follows: The discharge anode consists of 5 stainless steel needles in parallel connection with 17 mm of needle space and 2 mm of needle length, the electrode gap is 10 mm, the O2 flow is 0.18 mVh; The cathode is a 20 mesh stainless steel wire mesh work; The dielectric barrier net is set up above the anode using 5-layer stainless steel wire with 15 mm of layer distance. Under these conditions, the simulated MO wastewater with 60 mg/L of initial mass concentration can be decolorized rapidly. The decolorization rate is 97% after treating for 12 min, and the COD removal rate is 41% after treating for 30 min.
