板-孔-板式电极反应器处理甲基橙废水

         

摘要

Methyl orange (MO) wastewater was treated in a novel plate-hole-plate electrode reactor. The factors affecting the wastewater decoloration effect were studied. The experimental results show that: The optimum hole size of the insulating plates is L0 mm when the reactor is in operation with upflow; Under the conditions of initial wastewater conductivity 500 μS/cm, initial MO mass concentration 10 mg/L and treatment time 30 min, the decoloration rate of the wastewater is 98%, the wastewater pH is decreased from 6.5 to 4.9、and the COD removal rate is about 50%.%采用新型板-孔-板式电极反应器处理甲基橙废水,研究了反应器参数对甲基橙废水脱色效果的影响.实验结果表明:采用废水从反应器底部流人、流经绝缘板的孔后从反应器上部流出的进液方式,最佳绝缘板孔径为1.0 mm;在初始废水电导率为500 μS/cm、初始甲基橙质量浓度为10 mg/L的条件下,放电处理30 min时,废水脱色率可达98%;废水pH由6.5降至4.9; COD去除率接近50%.
