活性污泥胞内物质合成影响因素的研究进展

         

摘要

聚羟基脂肪酸酯(PHA)是微生物胞内的一种碳源和能量储存物质,由于其在胞内物质和能量转化过程中扮演关键角色,因此在新型生物脱氮除磷工艺的微观机制研究中引起了高度重视.目前针对活性污泥胞内物质的合成已展开了大量研究工作.结果表明,底物、电子受体、污泥龄(SRT)和环境因子是影响PHA合成的重要因素.这些因素影响生物反应系统的底物吸收速率、底物分配、微生物代谢途径和生物种群选择压,从而影响了PHA的合成,继而也影响了活性污泥后续的生物反应.基于活性污泥中PHA代谢机制,分析了影响PHA合成的若干因子,如碳源、C/N、SRT、温度和pH等,旨在揭示污水生物脱氮除磷的微观机制,优化生物去除污染物系统的运行参数.%Polyhydroxyalkanoates (PHA) are intracellular carbon and energy storage compounds of microbes,which play an important role in transformations of intracellular compounds and energy. More attention has been given to the PHA degradation and synthesis in the novel biological nutrient removal (BNR) processes. Literatures have indicated that substrate,electron acceptor,SRT (sludge retention time) and environmental factors greatly impact PHA accumulation by activated sludge. Also,as these factors impact the substrate absorption rate and allocation,metabolic pathway of microbes,and organism selection pressure so on,they further determine the P HA synthesis as well as the subsequent biological reactions. In order to reveal the biochemical metabolism of BNR and obtain the optimum operating parameters, the key factors impacting the PHA accumulation,such as carbon sources, C/N, SRT, temperature and pH,were reviewed based on the PHA metabolism.
