The tense relationship between organization and employees is the common sense in reality and appears as a kind of "computational" equilibrium state, which, studies shows, is presupposed by the practical organizational design. As the or- ganizational design takes the "computational" result as its organizational objective, the repeated games between organization and employees inevitably result in the "computational" equilibrium. When organization life is simplified to essential physi- cal and forced relations, the organization will not be dynamic and flexible. This "computational" equilibrium makes organi- zation operation regularly in a low quality status.
