医用输液泵体多层式复合脱模机构与注塑模具结构设计

         

摘要

Aimed at the characteristic of medical infusion pump cover product with complex structure and difficult demould-ing,a three plate injection mould with a point gate with the layout of one mould and two cavity,and multiple demoulding mecha-nism was designed. In the design of the demoulding mechanism,two kinds of complex and multi-layer demoulding mechanism with sequential action were designed. In the three layer composite demoulding mechanism of outer slide block +inner thread demoulding, a composite type demoulding structure with three layers of sequential action is adopted,which includes that the oil cylinder drive s the central inner core to pull core,the oil cylinder drives the rack to carry out the thread demoulding of the intermediate layer thread core,and the angle pin drives the outer side slide block to pull out the side core. In the two layer composite demoulding mechanism of outer thread demoulding +inner slide block for core-pulling,a composite type demoulding structure with two layers of sequential action is adopted,which includes that the slide block is used to drive the inner core for pulling out the core first and the cylinder drives the rack to screw off the outer thread core. The structure of the mould is novel and the design of the mechanism is reasonable, which provides a useful reference for the design of the mould mechanism of the same kind of products.%针对医用输液泵体盖产品结构复杂、脱模困难的特点,设计了其布局为一模两腔、带多种脱模机构的三板模点浇口注塑模具.脱模机构设计中设计了两种复杂类型的多层分步式脱模机构:外层滑块+内层脱螺纹三层复合脱模机构采用油缸驱动中央内层型芯抽芯、油缸驱动齿条进行中间层螺纹型芯脱螺纹、斜导柱驱动外层侧滑块进行侧面抽芯的三层式依次动作的复合脱模结构方式;外层脱螺纹+内层滑块抽芯两层复合脱模机构采用滑块驱动内层型芯先抽芯、油缸驱动齿条进行外层螺纹型芯脱螺纹的两层式依次动作的复合脱模机构方式.模具结构新颖,机构设计合理,为同类产品的模具机构设计提供了有益借鉴.
