仿真步枪枪托机械式自动脱模机构及注塑模具设计

         

摘要

结合仿真步枪枪托产品存在的四种复杂结构特征的特点,为保证注塑模具能实现自动化生产,制造成本低、可靠性好等的要求,结合塑件产品的结构特征分别设计了四种不同机械式自动脱模机构,四种自动脱模机构分别为通用型斜导柱驱动滑块脱模机构,圆弧滑块抽芯+斜导柱滑块驱动机构组合机构,浮动式滑块体+斜导柱倒装式机构;各自动脱模机构工作稳定,可靠性好,为成型同类塑件的模具结构设计提供了有益借鉴.%According to the characteristics of four kinds of complex structures of simulation rifle butt products,four different mechanical automatic demoulding mechanisms were designed combined with the structure characteristics of the plastic products respectively in order to guarantee the automatic production of injection mould and meet the requirements of low manufacturing cost and good reliability.The four automatic demoulding mechanisms included the universal oblique-guided column driving slide demoulding mechanism,arc core pulling slider+bevel slider drive mechanism combination mechanism,floating slider body +oblique guide pin flip mechanism.The four automatic demoulding mechanisms works stably and has good reliability,providing a useful reference for the molding of similar plastic mold structure design of parts.
