储能飞轮的转子动力学分析与测试试验

         

摘要

The rotor dynamics of a 250 kW/3 kW·h magnetic flywheel storage system was studied by using a combination of theoretical analysis, simulations and experimental testing. The Timoshenko beam theory was used first to obtain the motion equation of the rotor element. The ANSYS software was then used to calculate the critical speed and unbalanced response of the rotor. Finally, a radial magnetic bearing sensor was used to collect the displacement signal during speed increase for the determination of the vibration waveform and the validation of the accuracy of the dynamic parameters of the rotor and the simulation results. The spectrum waterfall diagram and the vibration displacement response curve of the rotor were compared with the Campbell diagram and the unbalanced response diagram of the simulation analysis. It was found that the experimental test results were consistent with the simulation results.%以250 kW/3 kW·h的磁悬浮储能飞轮为研究对象, 通过理论分析、仿真计算、测试试验相结合的方式, 研究储能飞轮转子系统的动力学特性.首先, 基于转子动力学有限元法的Timoshenko梁理论推导出了转子单元的运动方程.其次, 利用ANSYS软件分别对转子的临界转速和不平衡响应进行仿真有限元分析.最后, 通过径向磁轴承的传感器采集位移信号, 测试储能飞轮转子在升速过程中的振动波形, 验证转子的动力学参数及仿真分析结果的准确性.通过转子的频谱瀑布图和振动位移响应曲线, 与仿真分析的Campbell图和不平衡响应图进行对比.结果表明, 测试试验结果与仿真分析结果一致.通过研究储能飞轮转子的转子动力学特性, 设计出了合理的转子动力学的参数, 并得到了试验验证.
